Life looks good on paper. So why does something feel off?

Calm, one-to-one coaching for professional women who want clearer thinking, more confident decisions, and space to reconnect with what actually matters.

Emma

Nobody really prepares you for what it feels like when your career starts to get serious.

Not because it's hard (although sometimes it is) but because it's new, and constantly evolving, and there's no real manual for it. You're learning as you go, figuring out who you are professionally, what drives you, and what you need to do your best work.

And that kind of thinking?
It rarely makes it to the top of the to-do list.

Because there's a lot of everything else. The job, the team, the clients, the inbox - and work is only one part of it, there's a whole life outside of work that needs you too. Somewhere in the middle of all of that is you, trying to figure out how to be ‘good’ at all of it, how to thrive without running on empty.

The more you take on, the less space there tends to be for the thinking that actually matters. Not because anything is wrong, just because the demands are real and the diary fills up fast.

This is a calm, unhurried space to slow that down a little. To think properly about where you're heading, what you actually want, and how to build a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks from the outside. The career, yes, but also the balance, the boundaries, and the things that fill your cup.

When you're ready, I'm here.

You might recognise yourself here

The women who find their way to my coaching are often capable, self-aware people who are carrying a lot; at work, at home, or both. Life may look full, successful and ‘together’ from the outside, but internally something is asking for more attention than the day-to-day allows.

The one holding a lot together

You're capable, dependable, and used to managing multiple responsibilities. People rely on you, and you rarely drop the ball. But the mental load feels constant, and you're beginning to realise you rarely make space to think about what you actually need.

The one quietly questioning what comes next

Your life or career may look successful on paper, but something feels slightly out of alignment. You find yourself wondering whether the path you're on still fits who you are now and what the next chapter might look like.

The one navigating a big shift

Perhaps you've recently become a parent, returned to work, stepped into a bigger role, or experienced a change that has shifted your sense of self. You're adjusting to a new version of life and looking for space to find your footing.

The one who wants space to think clearly

You're not in crisis, but you do feel stretched, mentally loaded, or pulled in too many directions. You want a calm, neutral space to talk things through, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with more clarity.

The one investing in herself

You value growth, reflection, and self-awareness. You know that creating space to think and process isn’t a luxury, it’s what helps you set meaningful direction, make confident decisions, and move forward with intention.

How coaching works

Coaching works in the space between where you are now and where you want to be. There isn’t a fixed framework, or a set blueprint…our conversations are genuinely led by you and what you need in the moment. That said, there’s a natural rhythm to how we work. We slow things down, make sense of what’s going on, and from there, move forward with more clarity and intention.
I

Reflect

We slow things down and create space to explore what's taking up the most space right now, and what’s quietly driving your decisions beneath the surface.

II

Recalibrate

Together we get curious about what actually matters to you, what you want, and who you are in this chapter of your life.

III

Realign

With greater clarity, we identify the decisions, changes, or conversations that will help you move forward with intention and confidence.

Over time, this process helps you feel more restored with
greater clarity, reduced mental load, more confident decision-making, and a stronger sense of direction.

What women say about
coaching with Emma

Real words from real clients — because the best way to understand what coaching feels like is to hear it from someone who's been there.

"

Her calm, insightful and pragmatic approach gave me the confidence to explore a variety of career and personal development issues. Emma challenged my thinking but did so in a supportive and encouraging way. I learned a lot about myself from working with Emma.

"

Emma is an exceptional leadership coach. Her insightful questions give clients the clarity and direction they need. Through her sessions, I was able to think through my career objectives and come away with achievable actions to move forward.

"

Emma gave me the opportunity to fully understand more about myself. Her curiosity and structure enabled me to think clearly and provided clarity on the blockers I was experiencing. I really enjoyed working with her.

"

She created a space where I could openly explore many parts of me that were hidden away. Two years on and I still carry the key insights from our sessions with me, giving me the perspective and focus I need.

What coaching with me actually feels like.

It isn’t about quick fixes, homework, or being told what to do. The focus isn’t on rigid models or prescribed tools (although we’ll use them where they’re genuinely useful).

Instead, through honest, unhurried conversation and thoughtful questioning, you start to hear yourself more clearly, understand what’s really driving your thinking, and reduce the noise so you can make confident decisions about what comes next.

Think of it as a sounding board that’s entirely yours, a space to soul search, dream a little, and be fully honest with yourself, while also getting practical and focused about where you want to go and how to move towards it.

Some sessions focus on a specific decision or situation. Others create space to untangle something broader a sense of pressure, uncertainty, or a feeling you haven't quite been able to name yet.

Clients often tell me the most valuable part is simply having a space to think out loud where the right question at the right moment helps them see something they couldn't see on their own.

Over time, they leave feeling calmer, clearer about what matters, and more confident in the decisions they’re making, often with a noticeable shift in how they carry responsibility, pressure, and day-to-day mental load.

But alongside that, something else tends to happen too. Ideas that felt stuck start moving. Decisions that felt impossible become clear. Ambitions that had quietly gone on the back burner get put back on the table.

Because when you finally have space to think properly,
you remember what you're actually capable of.

Not everyone arrives at coaching at the same point,
and not everyone needs the same thing.

Some women come with something that's been quietly building for months. Others have a specific decision or situation they need to think through right now. Both are completely valid starting points. Whatever brought you here, there's an option that fits.

"Even in the early days her natural talent was hugely impactful. She was able to adapt her style to my needs and create a space where I could openly explore."

About Me

I'm Emma and I built Restore because I've lived exactly what brings most women here.

My background is in people, culture, and leadership. I’ve spent years in the fast-paced world of digital agencies, eventually as Managing Director, where I saw first-hand the cost of moving through life without space to think. When I first experienced coaching, I thought to myself “wow I wish I’d experienced this sooner”. It was transformational and I was hooked.

I became deeply passionate about supporting people through coaching, and understanding how we can embed coaching into our business cultures, and I went on to train formally to ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring.

But it was my own turning point that brought Restore with Emma to life. Returning from maternity leave to a changed business, stepping into a new version of myself as a mother, and hitting one of those milestone moments that makes you stop and ask: what do I actually want now? I knew it was time to build something of my own.

I understand what it means to hold a lot together while quietly wondering if something needs to change. That's exactly the space I create for the women I work with.

When I'm not coaching, you'll find me wrangling my cheeky toddler, or finding my version of calm in the garden.
